Tenants have 24/7 drive-up access to their units - come and go whenever it's convenient, day or night. Our office is reachable by phone and by appointment if you need to speak with someone.

Yes. The property has video surveillance on site (smile - you're on camera!), it's fenced off Highway 54, and you provide your own lock so you're the only one with a key. We keep an eye on the place because it's ours, too.

Most household goods, furniture, business inventory, vehicles, boats and RVs are perfectly fine.

You cannot store hazardous, flammable or perishable materials, anything illegal, or living things (people, pets or plants). When in doubt, just ask us - we'll give you a straight answer.

No. We offer month-to-month rental with no long-term commitment - keep your unit as long or as short as you need.

If you'd rather lock in a rate, ask about our 6 and 12-month lease specials, and we can discuss a first month discount.
